Joseph S. Trower is the founder and CEO of Talent Magnet, a consulting firm that helps businesses and non-profit organizations improve their talent acquisition processes. With over 28 years of experience in the education sector, including roles as a Superintendent, Principal, and Teacher, Joseph is a seasoned leader with expertise in talent acquisition, employee development, and EdTech. Prior to founding Talent Magnet, he served as the Vice President of Academic Leadership at an edtech company, where he managed multiple charter schools across the US.

At Talent Magnet, Joseph works to provide his clients with the tools and resources they need to hire, develop, and retain top-quality talent. His passion is ensuring that all businesses across any industry have access to the best talent and support they need to provide the best customer experience possible. His initial efforts in talent acquisition for the education sector have contributed to improved academic performance outcomes.
